Troop:e is designed to meet this moment—a time when truth is under siege, communities feel fractured, and the future feels uncertain. Troop:e is a tactical lifestyle brand built to resist dehumanization, defend truth, and prepare people for what’s next—with courage, clarity, and humanity.
This isn’t about fear. It’s about power and the radical act of staying human in a dehumanizing world.
We mobilize through a powerful mix of preparedness trainings, community building, media, and mission-driven gear. We aim to ignite a sense of responsibility, resilience, and readiness. Our trainings and tools help individuals and communities build real-world preparedness for times of crisis. Our Troop:e community and Humanity Corp lead us all into a more safe and secure future with a sense of spirit and resolve.
Troop:e is a social movement company. The name is a combination of Troop - a band of people, and Troupe - a group of demonstrators/performers. The name builds upon a military theme in which people are coming together in a powerful, tactical, and coordinated manner in order to prepare for and demonstrate against current and ongoing crisis, disasters, and social upheaval.
Preparedness powered by humanity. ™
Demonstrating against dehumanization. Mobilizing a movement. Preparing for peace.
This is Troop:e. And we Can’t Turn Away.

Manifesto::
When the world is confusing, we are the illumination lighting the way.
We are armed with knowledge and heart-centered understanding of what it means to be human.
We are fierce in the face of conflict and dehumanization.
Our own pain and struggle is a reflection to others who are struggling - we are a mirror of humanity.
When things are out of harmony, we are centered in care.
We know that peace is our place of power.
We envision a world where dehumanization no longer exists.
Where the narrative is one of productive conflict and healthy human evolution.
We believe peace is the only way.

A Note from the Founder
I’m Joslin — a creative strategist and movement builder. My work is rooted in one question: How do we stay human when the world feels like it’s falling apart? That’s why I founded Troop:e — a company and movement that prepares people for the future. Troop:e is part training ground, part lifestyle brand, part tour company that is all about: Preparedness powered by humanity.
I believe preparedness is more than stockpiles and survival — at its core, it is about people and care. For over 20 years I’ve worked in peacebuilding, business building, and social change. My path has been shaped by both practice and study. I hold master’s degrees in Peace Studies and Branding, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Transformative Social Change with a focus on preparedness through the ethics of care. Across these fields, the one truth that stands out is that preparedness is most powerful when it is human-first.
At Troop:e we train for readiness not out of fear, but out of a formation of people power — the power that comes from discipline, connection, and the radical act of staying human in a dehumanizing world.
This isn’t just my mission. It’s ours. Together, we can prepare not only for disruption, chaos, and crises, but also for peace and healthy human evolution.
— Joslin I. Roderick - Join the formation. Stay human. Prepare for what’s next.
